Today marks ServiceRocket’s 15-year anniversary. The company has grown from my bedroom in Sydney, Australia to a 230-person company with offices spanning four continents with teams also in Kuala Lumpur, Palo Alto and Santiago. ServiceRocket now is a trusted partner to many of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing software companies helping customers achieve desired outcomes and realize the value of their software investments.
As we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our office in Kuala Lumpur, we thought we'd take the opportunity to reflect on our decade in Malaysia.
ServiceRocket's presence in Kuala Lumpur began in December 2005. What started off as one employee working out of a local Starbucks has grown to more than one hundred employees in our KL office alone.
Today we announce the addition of a new executive joining our team, Jody Kirk.
ServiceRocket is proud of the strength of our four global offices - Sydney, where we were founded, Kuala Lumpur, our largest office, Santiago, our newest office, and Palo Alto, our Global Headquarters.
