Ray has held several senior-level executive technology roles in large financial institutions and enterprise software companies, including Borland Software, where he was recognized for generating significant revenue growth. After a successful IT career, Ray started a highly successful Greek Restaurant and still cooks a mean Souvla. Ray rides motor bikes and cycles in and around Sans Souci, Australia where he lives with his wife Nici and daughter Georgia.
