We're back for a second run!
After a great series of Euro bootcamp courses last year, we're on the road again with our great partners at Zendesk. This time along with the European cities, we're also expanding to South Africa!
There's also some new courses to go along with the tour: A Support Analytics Masterclass and a Social Customer Care Masterclass have also been created. Both of these half-day courses explore deeper techniques and best practices for those customers that are already past the basics.
Our brand new social customer care masterclass focuses on the Facebook and Twitter channels in Zendesk, and will show any support manager or customer care representatives how to leverage these channels to communicate in a whole new way out of Zendesk.
