In this JIRA Administration tutorial, you will learn how to configure permissions in JIRA so that only certain people can view an issue. There are times when you only want the person who created an issue to view it and/or a specific team to view it (not everyone on a project or in your company). An HR request is one example. You can do this in JIRA by configuring permissions.
