Retiring Traffic Lights and Parent Issue Summary for Jira

Posted by Azwandi Aris on January 15, 2019

As we are prioritizing our product efforts at ServiceRocket, we have decided to wind down two of our Jira apps: Traffic Lights and Parent Issue Summary. These apps have served the Atlassian ecosystem as free apps for close to 9 years. We are grateful of the contribution and support from hundreds of organization in bringing the best out of both apps.

The final goodbye

The last day of their presence on the Atlassian and ServiceRocket Marketplace would be February 28th, 2019. After which, the app listings will be taken down and there will be no further maintenance by ServiceRocket.

Traffic Lights and Parent Issue Summary

Last day on any Marketplace: February 28th, 2019.

Both apps will continue to work in your Jira instance, for as long as the license is valid and compatible with Jira version. The last Jira version supported by both of these apps will be 7.13.0.

Extending your license and alternatives

To continue using them beyond Feb 28th, we would recommend renewing your free license via ServiceRocket Marketplace now (for Traffic Lights and Parent Issue Summary) to maximize the validity of the app in your Jira. If you are looking for an alternative for Traffic Lights, take a look at a premium app by Frank Polscheit.

Moving forward

On the other hand, we will continue to move our product efforts forward -- to empower heroes like you -- to excel in what you do best. Stay tuned for our next product updates.
