## In spirit of the holidays, ServiceRocket would like to express its sincere appreciation to Rocketeer's and the greater community's contributions to the company's growth and success. One way ServiceRocket will be expressing our gratitude is through a monetary donation to the [UNICEF](http://unicef.org/) organization this month. The donation will go to the worldwide cause of making the lives of the most underprivileged children better, especially during this holiday season.

Currently, UNICEF is putting a lot of focus on their [Typhoon Haiyan relief efforts](http://www.unicefusa.org/work/emergencies/hurricane-relief/2013-philippines-typhoon-haiyan.html) for the children in the Philippines. It is estimated that nearly 6 million of the 13.2 million people affected are children. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) works in more than 190 countries and territories to save and improve children's lives by providing [health care and immunizations](http://www.unicefusa.org/work/health/), [clean water and sanitation](http://www.unicefusa.org/work/water/), [nutrition](http://www.unicefusa.org/work/nutrition/), [education](http://www.unicefusa.org/work/education/), [emergency relief](http://www.unicefusa.org/work/emergencies/) and more.
