The Zendesk courses are essentially the same courses that Zendesk uses to skill up its own team members on their product. For your administrators, the courses will help implement Zendesk as effectively as possible, leveraging the minds of some of the most experienced Zendesk users in the business. For your agents, the course will help make the whole process of providing support simple, while showing them some of the more advanced features that lead to improved efficiency.
The Atlassian training is made up of 13 courses, each one covering different features of the product in detail, as well as some of its most powerful plugins.
We're delivering these courses on an ongoing basis, available in an interactive webinar format, or instructor-led sessions scheduled in the San Francisco Bay Area. The delivery method for these courses vary, but often involve explanation of concepts, practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises for all attendees.
