Happy Birthday, ServiceRocket! Reflecting On 15 Years Of Learning

Today marks ServiceRocket’s 15-year anniversary. The company has grown from my bedroom in Sydney, Australia to a 230-person company with offices spanning four continents with teams also in Kuala Lumpur, Palo Alto and Santiago. ServiceRocket now is a trusted partner to many of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing software companies helping customers achieve desired outcomes and realize the value of their software investments.

As I reflect on how far we've come, I thought I'd share a little more about our story and how learning has always been at the core of what we do. You can learn more about our story in the video below.

Now, as I look toward the next 15 years, I'm excited about new trends in technology that will continue to shape the way we learn, ranging from global collaboration, building cultures of continued learning and the wave of augmented/virtual reality technologies that will become mainstream before we know it.

Without learning, software companies will find it difficult to get their software adopted, enterprises will find it difficult to grow using old technology in a new economy, and individuals will find it difficult to progress in their careers. The gap between the speed technology evolves, an organization's capability to adopt new technology, and an individual's ability to learn new software is a real problem.

We’re proud to help the world’s leading technology companies and enterprises learn, implement and adopt software. Thank you for being part of this journey--we couldn’t have done it without great customers, great people and great partners that have shaped us into who we are today.
