PALO ALTO, Calif. ServiceRocket, a leader in software adoption, announced today the appointment of Michael DiFilippo to the company’s board of directors. DiFilippo currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at AppDirect, the leading technology platform for selling, distributing, and managing cloud-based services. He brings more than twenty-five years’ experience in finance, accounting, and business development leadership roles with public companies and venture capital/private equity-funded technology startups including Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Prior to AppDirect, DiFilippo was Division CFO for the Mobility Apps Division of Citrix Systems, acquired by LogMeIn Inc. January 2017; CFO at MuleSoft with responsibility for all staff functions plus sales operations and helped scale the company during its early growth stage; CFO at Intelleflex, where he streamlined operations and optimized cash flow; and VP Finance at Symbol Technologies, where he oversaw product finance and helped scale business analytics, reporting and financial planning.

DiFilippo graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and minors in Accounting and Economics and earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
