Today marks ServiceRocket’s 15-year anniversary. The company has grown from my bedroom in Sydney, Australia to a 230-person company with offices spanning four continents with teams also in Kuala Lumpur, Palo Alto and Santiago. ServiceRocket now is a trusted partner to many of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing software companies helping customers achieve desired outcomes and realize the value of their software investments.

As we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our office in Kuala Lumpur, we thought we'd take the opportunity to reflect on our decade in Malaysia. 

ServiceRocket's presence in Kuala Lumpur began in December 2005. What started off as one employee working out of a local Starbucks has grown to more than one hundred employees in our KL office alone. 

Now in its third cohort, ServiceRocket’s technology bootcamp in Kuala Lumpur is a pioneering program preparing the next generation of computer science graduates by helping them develop the skills they need to work with the hottest technologies in Silicon Valley. ServiceRocket started the Tech Bootcamp in an effort to close the gap between computer science formal education and the skills graduates need to be successful in today’s high-tech world. Bootcamp curriculum now covers Support Skills, Troubleshooting Skills, Collaborative Intelligence, Linux Skills, Puppet Fundamentals, Confluence Fundamentals and JIRA Fundamentals, to name of few.

While the ServiceRocket Values may not directly reference "music", you might think rhythm was innate to the growth of the company by visiting any of our global offices.
