Backchannel: Business of Customer Education Conference '16

The great thing about following a conference backchannel on Twitter is that you get to experience people's thoughts, emotions, photos, and real-time reactions to an event. In this brief post, we have curated the backchannel from the Business of Customer Education Conference, so that you can experience what people were saying during the event. And if you combine that with reading the recap blog we posted yesterday, I believe you will have a pretty good idea what occurred at the conference.
