In 2013, two of our team members arrived in “The City of The Island Hills” with a vision: to set up our first-ever office in Santiago, Chile. Shortly after joining the team in Santiago to help launch the new office, CEO Robert Castaneda returned from a local meetup with exciting news: SmartBoxTV had offered ServiceRocket space at their office--and they spoke English!

It was great news, indeed. And the rest is history! We’ve spent many hours alongside the wonderful SmartBoxTV team, and are grateful for the role they played in our early journey in Santiago.

We’ve always believed that the pathway to success is training.

Since beginning in 2001, we’ve been helping software companies deliver great training to their customers. Back then, training courses were 5 days in length, with thick textbooks, hours of coding and great lunch time chats.

These days, training is even more important. It is Customer Success. Customers need to learn fast. You need them to learn at anytime, anyplace and in a variety of formats. It’s pretty obvious that customers who can learn more will be more successful and self-sufficient - the industry is waking up to this simple fact.

Rob Castaneda was in that large conference room for over an hour. Standing, talking, and writing all over that whiteboard. Yes. That whiteboard. And on that whiteboard were diagrams and workflows and business models that had the prospect wanting more. Much more. The meeting ran long. Throughout the intensity and deep concentration of everyone in the room, no one had caught what was happening.
