Partner Get Satisfaction is playing host to a new event to help you build successful communities for a better customer experience.

In a few short weeks CustomWare partner Get Satisfaction will be hosting their first-ever "Customer Conference" in the heart of San Francisco, California.

May 2nd, 2013, Get Satisfaction will welcome thought leaders, business stakeholders and community managers at a conference billed to "inspire, inform and highlight the value of community management." Click here to register for the conference today.

CustomWare employs a Get Satisfaction Community to help solve customer problems, share ideas, get feedback and determine a strategy of value to customers. The active forum is free and available (without sign-on) to the public.

We are also proud to offer the only Connector for Get Satisfaction and JIRA available within the Atlassian Marketplace. By connecting a Get Satisfaction community with JIRA customer feedback is directly incorporated into the product development process.
