We need an awesome Sales Development Representative who will generate and bring in new opportunities to ServiceRocket! This individual will have no problem engaging with potential customers in a professional manner all while exuding our company values.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Working cross-functionally with inbound sales, marketing and other teams to ensure the best customer responsiveness and sales strategies.
- Researching, identifying, reviewing, and developing high quality leads and delivering them to our Account Executive.
- Strategic cold calling and e-mailing.
- Proactively stay on top of ServiceRocket products and services and market knowledge via websites, conferences, marketing information, and other resources.
- Must meet and exceed goals for qualified leads.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, and/or cold calling/e-mailing is a plus.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to share new ideas and be open to others!
- Highly goal driven, proactive, outgoing and energetic individual.
- Ability to multi task and manage time efficiently.
