2015 Tools Pricing Updates

Posted by Jesse Miller on December 19, 2014

A note from our Product Manager, Jesse Miller and the ServiceRocket Tools Team.

Since we graduated many of our add-ons to commercial products in December of 2011 we have invested in improving these products, evidenced by their functional qualities and a stronger community after each release. Over the past 3 years we have been working hard to bring our customers the best products and continue to innovate to solve tough problems.

Updates to our Pricing

It has been some time since we've moved pricing on our add-ons and it is now time for us to raise the prices on some of our add-ons. Our customers value the quality and reliability of our team and our products. We are dedicated to expanding this sentiment. To keep things simple, our add-on pricing tiers will move to reflect a percentage of the respective Atlasssian User Tier. For example, Composition will be 10% of your Confluence user tier price.

Our new licensing tiers will be effective January 1st, 2015. These changes will affect the following products:

The new pricing tiers for these products are listed below.

Have an active Evaluation License for one of these products? Contact Us before you purchase to get our current prices thorough the end of January.

Renewal Pricing

To allow adequate time for customers to take advantage of current renewal prices we will wait until March 1st, 2015 to raise the prices on our renewal licenses for these add-ons. All current customers are encouraged to renew their licenses before March 1st, 2015. You may renew your licenses for up to 2 years at the current renewal prices. For any questions please see How Our Commercial Licensing Renewal Work or Contact Us.

Free Licenses

As always, we will continue to provide free licenses to Not-For-Profit (NFP) organizations and companies. Visit our Community Licenses page for more information on this program.

What's next?

Each of our commercial add-ons have an active and aggressive roadmap. We are committed to continuing to provide improvements and new features to all of our products. A few of our add-ons are in need of major user interface and performance improvements and we are focusing our efforts on these over the coming months. Over the next few months we plan to release some pretty significant updates and improvements to some of our top add-ons. Data Center compatibility is coming very soon to our add-ons as well as significant performance improvements. For more information, see our Community Blog on this and feel free to join the conversation. Our team continues to grow and we are continuously investing in our Development and Support Teams to provide our customers with exceptional products and support.

We constantly listen and react to our users through our Community and are continuing to roll out highly requested features and improvements. If you have a request for a new feature or improvement or new feature, make your voice heard and start the conversation on our Community.

Thanks!

Jesse Miller and the ServiceRocket Team
