What's new?
Taking another step towards this goal, we are introducing a few improvements to our ServiceRocket apps community.
To begin this journey, we are migrating our customer support platform from Desk.com to Jira Service Desk. This enables us to provide you with a better, more collaborative support experience.
What to expect?
While we make this transition over the next few weeks, here's what to expect if you have an ongoing support case with us:
- Your account will be automatically created in our new system
- You will receive an email with the subject: "[ServiceRocket Support] Welcome to ServiceRocket Support"
- Click on the hyperlink "Visit the portal"
- Enter your password and confirm your account
For users without an account, you can always sign up by navigating to ServiceRocket Apps Support portal. Simply click on "Sign up for an account" and follow the instructions.
