2018 Price Change for Salesforce & Jira Cloud Connector

ServiceRocket is adjusting the price of Salesforce & Jira Cloud Connector, effective August 10th, 2018.

ServiceRocket is excited about the future of the Salesforce & Jira Cloud Connector. Every day we work to make teams more productive by applying our energy and creativity to the task of building the most flexible, extendable and reliable connector for Salesforce and Jira on the market.

Over the past year, we have added features like:

  • Full compatibility with Salesforce Lightning, including Files object and Chatter
  • Advanced post-association action configuration
  • Upgrading to the new Jira Cloud experience
  • Jira notifications of new comments in Salesforce
  • Association reports
  • Performance and sync reliability improvements

To expand the products capabilities and support our commitment to develop, maintain and deliver the best connector for Salesforce and Jira, we are introducing a price change to the connector subscription. The price change will take into effect on August 10th, 2018.

Note that existing customers will be grandfathered at the old prices for 60 days.

New prices

Jira Cloud and Cloud apps are charged on per-user pricing. Below are examples.
