eLearning for JIRA lineup bolstered with new releases
I am excited to announce the release of new versions of our eLearning courses: eLearning for JIRA Fundamentals and Using JIRA Effectively. We made two kinds of improvements. One addresses improvements to design and navigation, and the other addressed problems that you reported.
Here is a brief summary of the improvements we made:
New Design
The new course design is simple and clean, making the course more aesthetically appealing.
Easier Course Navigation
We have improved the course navigation to make it easy to move around the course at your own pace and in any order you want. You can skip around or take the course in the order prescribed. You are now more in control of how to take our eLearning courses.
Improved Video Quality
You told us some of the video tutorials in the courses were blurry. We tinkered with the compression of the video files and have improved the clarity and quality of the videos.
Browser Compatibility Issues
Some of you told us you had trouble viewing some of the pages in our eLearning courses with various browsers or that you could not proceed past certain screen (Slide 4, anyone?). We were able to reproduce most of those issues, and we have solved all of them. Now, you should be able to view our eLearning courses in all of the four leading browsers on Windows and OSX.
That means you can access our all eLearning for JIRA courses:
On OSX - Safari, Firefox, and Chrome (most recent versions)
On Windows - Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome (most recent versions)
A Great Way to Learn JIRA Fundamentals
We are excited about these new releases, and I believe you will find our new eLearning courses an extremely effective way to learn JIRA Fundamentals.
You can find JIRA eLearning courses in our Marketplace, and look for an all new eLearning course in JIRA Administration in the next two weeks.
