Roadmap and New Products from the ServiceRocket Add-ons Team

We’re excited about many things on our Add-ons roadmap so we decided to share a glimpse into what we're working on.

Enhancements:

  • Performance improvements
We’ve heard from some of the most sophisticated users of Scaffolding Forms and Reporting and were working to meet the performance needs of our most demanding users.

  • Reduced Dependencies
We are making dependency even simpler! Reporting, Scaffolding, Composition and other add-ons will have even fewer external library dependency - no more headache in managing the add-ons, and more harmony with third-party add-ons.

  • New documentation experience on docs.servicerocket.com
With a cleaner look and feel and better use of media we’re planning to deliver improved context in our documentation. Our documentation will not only make it clear how to do things, but also what the benefits are from tools and features.

New Products:

  • Knowledge Pathways for Confluence
If you’re struggling to get your pages consumed, this one is for you. Born as an experimental feature, this has evolved into a full-fledged add-on. Check out the Atlassian Marketplace listing. Soon you’ll also be able to invite and manage users in pathways and see engagement reports.
  • Connecting Salesforce and JIRA Service Desk together
Integrate your favorite CRM with your newly-adopted external helpdesk. We are busy curating an experience so that your service desk and sales team can work better together. Share your thoughts or sign up for beta access.
  • Next-generation of Salesforce & JIRA Server Connector
We want to make the experience even better! More stable, modern and optimized UI and features with an equal focus on JIRA and Salesforce.
    • Targeting the needs of the Salesforce-centric user
  • JIRA connector for Workplace by Facebook
The latest addition to our JIRA family of product brings JIRA ticking to Workplace, the exciting new platform from Facebook. Contact Us to learn more.
