Squash your bugs and Delight your Customers with Zendesk and JIRA

As the leading partners of two leading companies - Atlassian and Zendesk, we're proud to see that our best friends are also friends with eachother! In time with the launch of the new Atlassian OnDemand platform announced last week, Zendesk have also released this week a new Connector for Zendesk and JIRA.

 

Both of these companies are leading the pack in their respective fields. Squash your bugs and delight your customers.

The connector is built upon CustomWare's connector framework that was launched at Atlassian Summit in June and is another connector released on CustomWare's NextGen connector framework (along side Salesforce.com, Get Satisfaction and others) - the most robust connector framework for the Atlassian OnDemand platform.
