In time with the launch of the new Atlassian OnDemand platform announced last week, Zendesk have also released this week a new Connector for Zendesk and JIRA.

The connector is built upon CustomWare's connector framework that was launched at Atlassian Summit in June and is another connector released on CustomWare's NextGen connector framework (along side Salesforce.com, Get Satisfaction and others) - the most robust connector framework for the Atlassian OnDemand platform.
